In the temple, Wednesday is revered as the Lord's Holy Day. As a result, on Wednesday, a sizable crowd shows up to worship the elephant god. The evening is the ideal time to visit the temple. This is as a result of the charming light display that enhances the temple's inherent beauty. During Ganesh Chaturthi, the Lord receives a vermillion wash along with a unique holy powder that is sprinkled all over his body. Most visitors stay at the temple for one to two hours.


Sri Ganesh Temple is open between the hours of 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM and from 5:00 AM to 11:45 AM. Pooja times are 5:30–6:00 AM in the morning and 7:30–8:00 PM in the evening throughout the summer. While in the winter, the morning hours are 6:00 AM to 6:30 AM and the evening hours are 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
